Melitta SystemService (MSS) GmbH and Co. KG is the commercial Division of the Melitta group of Companies.

MSS manufactures and distributes both super automatics, as well as fully automatic ground coffee dispensing systems. Our two core manufacturing facilities are located in Minden, Germany, and at our Swiss subsidiary; CAFINA.

Melitta SystemService opened up a USA subsidiary in 2008. We're located just 20 miles west of Chicago, in the town of Elgin, Illinois. We've sold, installed, and provide yearly maintenance for more than 4500 locations, and that number continues to grow. Our dispensers are focused on employee simplicity, coffee consistency, and overall program reliability. We've established a 24/7 hot line, a large facility for storage, design, remanufacturing, and a full service call and dispatch center to help coordinate installations, and provide maintenance and reactive service. We employ our own field service staff in select markets, and partner with reliable third parties in other markets. Our goal to ensure your specialty coffee program is more enjoyable for both your employees and your customers, and ultimately more profitable for your business.
